The front desk staff provided excellent service. They were helpful. The hotel offered good value for money. I found the location particularly convenient. It allowed easy access to various attractions.
The dated decor detracted slightly from the overall experience. I noticed some areas needed updating. The sink tap in my bathroom seemed loose.

The location was central. I could easily walk to many attractions and shops, also taxis were readily available. The room was spacious. it overlooked the high street. Everything I needed was available. I appreciated the cleanliness.
I did have trouble with noise outside. The windows are quite old, I heard street sounds and chatter late at night. It made sleeping a bit difficult.

the location proved convenient with easy access to nearby cafes, restaurants and transport links. the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, particularly the reception staff. the beds were clean and provided good comfort after long travel. i found the on-site parking to be a great bonus, it gave me peace of mind .
i found the corridors somewhat confusing due to the building's layout.

The location was central. It's near a secure public car park behind the building! the building has some excellent history and is grade 2 listed. the rooms are spacious, and the bathroom was recently upgraded. It was a good surprise, really! staff helped a lot with luggage.

The staff offered friendly service.. they were especially helpful with directions and local recommendations. i found the breakfast selection quite satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. the location was central and very convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
My room was facing a busy street, and i could hear quite a bit of noise at night. the windows seemed thin, so the sound insulation wasn't great. the bathroom fixtures felt a little dated. The shower pressure was quite low.
