excellent service convenient location good value
The front desk staff provided excellent service. They were helpful. The hotel offered good value for money. I found the location particularly convenient. It allowed easy access to various attractions.
The dated decor detracted slightly from the overall experience. I noticed some areas needed updating. The sink tap in my bathroom seemed loose.

The hotel provided luggage storage. This service was helpful both before check-in and after check-out. Storing my bags allowed me to explore without carrying heavy items, a great convenience. Taxis to the terminal were readily available.

easy access friendly staff clean beds on-site parking
the location proved convenient with easy access to nearby cafes, restaurants and transport links. the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, particularly the reception staff. the beds were clean and provided good comfort after long travel. i found the on-site parking to be a great bonus, it gave me peace of mind .
i found the corridors somewhat confusing due to the building's layout.

the room was spacious and well kept. the twin room had two comfortable beds with fresh linens, i noticed. a clean, modern bathroom added to the room's appeal and function.

the hotel's breakfast service offered a great selection of options. parking was available on the premises, it offered added convenience and safety for my vehicle. the location was excellent, especially near the coach station, it was very helpful.

The location was central. It's near a secure public car park behind the building! the building has some excellent history and is grade 2 listed. the rooms are spacious, and the bathroom was recently upgraded. It was a good surprise, really! staff helped a lot with luggage.
the sound isolation wasn't great.

Breakfast had a varied selection, and the dining area was tidy. The coffee machine worked well. it was self-service and seemed constantly refilled to ensure freshness, which i value highly. the breakfast times were convenient.

my room included fresh towels and toiletries daily! the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean upon arrival, and well maintained . the room temperature was easy to adjust to my liking, which i valued a lot.

the reception staff were cute and efficient, which makes a big difference. they promptly answered my questions and handled requests well. they provided clear instructions for local amenities, easy to navigate the surrounding area, great.

surprisingly good stay
great location available parking friendly staff sufficient variety
the location worked well for exploring the area. i found parking available, convenient. the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. the breakfast selection offered sufficient variety (i especially liked the pastries).
the bar closed a bit early on saturday, it would have been nice to have it open a little later.

The staff offered friendly service.. they were especially helpful with directions and local recommendations. i found the breakfast selection quite satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. the location was central and very convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
My room was facing a busy street, and i could hear quite a bit of noise at night. the windows seemed thin, so the sound insulation wasn't great. the bathroom fixtures felt a little dated. The shower pressure was quite low.
